Week thirteen! One of my favorite numbers!
I didn’t have much happen this week besides doing homework and work-study.
Monday was uneventful.
Tuesday morning, I went to the Catholic high school and picked up the food drive items and brought the items to Rock Solid Ministries. During Applied Storytelling, my fellow classmates told some of their The Moth stories. To my breakout group, I showed my edited transcript and received feedback from them.
Wednesday was like Monday.
Thursday afternoon, the seminary gave pie to faculty, staff, and students. I tried peanut butter pie and sugar cream pie; both were delicious! (I am not a huge pie guy). During Poetry Workshop, more of my classmates poetry was discussed.
Friday evening, I went and saw Ghostbusters: Afterlife with my roommate. The movie was alright.
Saturday, I went to Columbus to see my girlfriend. On the way, my tire went flat as I drove 70 on the highway. That was fun. So, I got a tow truck and got my spare on and slowly made my way to Columbus.
Sunday, I barely managed to get my car in the shop to get my tire fixed. In the end, I had to get a whole new tire. I finished the week with DND with my friends, but the weekend was very stressful.
Nanowrimo has been off and on this last week. I will be back on the horse tomorrow; in order to finish, I will have to write 4,000 words a day. I definitely got this. (St. Jude pray for me).
Prayers and thoughts are always appreciated for me as I continue my journey in higher education! Thank you for reading and have a blessed day!
